Everything DiSC® Sales is a classroom training and personalized learning experience designed to help salespeople successfully create customer-centric interactions that improve results. Program Components

Everything DiSC® Sales Profile

  • Research-validated, online assessment. 23-page sales-specific profile report helps salespeople understand their own DiSC sales style, learn how to read the styles of their customers, and provides useful insight for creating a specific action plan to make the sales process more effective and successful.
  • Easily customizable. Remove or rearrange pages, customize the profile title, or print selected sections. The profile may be used on its own or with the companion facilitation reports (sold separately).

 

After Purchase:

For each Everything DiSC Sales Profile ordered, you will receive a link and a code to access the assessment. The email will be sent to the billing email address that you enter on the checkout page. If you purchased multiple assessments, you will receive an email with links to unique assessments that you distribute to your intended recipients. The individuals will have immediate access to their profile reports after completion of the assessment.

Edgewise also offers the option to manage the distribution of access codes for you at no additional charge.  Please note that you prefer this option of the checkout page and one of our representatives will contact you during normal business hour to set this up.

The Assessment

The research-validated, online assessment asks participants to respond to behavioral statements on a five-point scale, including application-specific questions to help determine the participant’s Sales priorities. Built using the latest adaptive testing methodology, each participant receives precise insights to personalize their experience.

The Profile

The Everything DiSC Sales Profile helps participants better understand themselves, their customers, and their relationships. In this 23-page profile, participants explore their own sales style and how their strengths and challenges influence their selling behaviors. They’ll also learn to recognize the behaviors unique to each buying style and gain strategies to adapt their sales style to meet the needs of their customers, improving their effectiveness and success.

 

The Facilitation
